Registration for our Fall 2026 block is live, and sessions fill on a first-come, first-served basis. Here is everything you need to know before you register your athlete.
What Is Running This Fall?
We have four active programs this season:
National Hoops (Basketball) — Ages 6 to 15. Two tiers: Junior Hoops (6–10) at $205 for 16 classes, and Youth Hoops (11–15) at $225 for 16 classes. Sessions run twice per week, 55 minutes each.
National Spike (Volleyball) — Ages 8 to 16. Two tiers: Spike Foundations (8–12) at $205, and Spike Elite (13–16) at $225. One session per week, 55 minutes.
National Smash (Badminton) — Ages 6 to 15. Two tiers: Smash Foundation (6–10) at $125 for 16 classes, and Smash Elite (11–15) at $150 for 16 classes. Two sessions per week, 55 minutes each.
National Shield - Martial Arts — Ages 5 to 18+ and super-seniors. Three streams: Juniors (5–12), Youth (13–17), and Pro (18+ and super-seniors) at $100 CAD total for the full Oct–Dec program. 45-minute sessions.
All basketball, volleyball, and badminton sessions run out of our indoor facility at 2340 Victoria Avenue in Regina.
Payment Plans Are Available
We know that signing up for multiple programs or multiple children adds up quickly. For basketball, volleyball, and badminton, you can split your payment into two monthly installments. For example, Junior Hoops is $102.50 per month over two months instead of a single $205 payment.
We also offer a 10% sibling discount when you register a second child in any program.
What to Expect After You Register
Once you register through the TeamLinkt app, you will receive a confirmation email. Final schedules, training group assignments, and exact session times are communicated through the TeamLinkt app once all registrations and facility allocations are finalised.
Make sure you have the TeamLinkt app downloaded on your phone — it is where we post schedules, weather-related cancellation notices, and all team communications.
What Your Child Needs to Bring
For all indoor programs: clean, non-marking indoor court shoes, comfortable athletic clothing, and a water bottle. That is it. We provide all training equipment — basketballs, volleyballs, badminton rackets (loaner), shuttles, pads, and safety gear.
For badminton, athletes are encouraged to bring their own racket if they have one, but we supply high-quality loaner rackets at every session.
A Note About Spots
We cap our programs based on coach-to-athlete ratios, not facility capacity. That means when a tier is full, it is genuinely full — we will not squeeze in extra kids just to increase revenue. If your preferred tier is showing full, contact us to be added to the waitlist.
Register through TeamLinkt or browse all program details on our Programs page.
